Half Moon Bay is located at the eastern shore of Haverstraw Bay, west of Route 9A, and south of Municipal Place in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York. The property is bounded by Senasqua Park to the North, owned by the Village of Croton-on-Hudson; Croton Point Park to the South, owned by the county of Westchester, property owned by a subsidiary of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to the East and the Hudson River to the West. The entrance to Half Moon Bay is located within approximately one hundred feet of New York Routes 9 and 9A.
The combination of recreational facilities and the location on the shores of the Hudson River have produced a unique living experience. To many residents, Half Moon Bay seems more like a resort than a residential neighborhood. Much of that feeling derives from the people who live here. We are a strong, active, and united group of people. We have become friends, sharing many common interests, and sharing a belief in this community and its future.
Half Moon Bay is more than a place to live -
it is a community, a neighborhood.
